What this website collects

Three things, and nothing else. There is no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking on this site.

• Server logs. Every request leaves an entry with the IP address, the browser identifier and the page requested. We need these to run and secure the site. They are kept for 30 days and are not combined with anything else.
• Correspondence. If you write to us, we keep the message and your contact details for as long as the matter and any resulting business relationship require.
• Job applications. Applications sent to our careers address are kept until the role is filled, and then for 12 months unless you ask us to keep them longer.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no cookies. Nothing is written for advertising, analytics or profiling, so there is no consent banner to click.

One preference is stored in your browser's local storage: whether you chose the light or dark theme. It never leaves your device and is not sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Who we share it with

Nobody, apart from the provider that hosts this site inside the European Union. We do not sell personal data, and we do not transfer it outside the EU or EEA.

Your rights

You may ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive it in a portable form. Write to the address above and we will answer.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (Tietosuojavaltuutetun toimisto).

Changes to this page

If this page changes, the date above changes with it. Substantive changes are noted there rather than made quietly.
